A "Save As" dialog will then appear asking where to save the file to on your computer.
The easiest solution is to use the drop-down at the top of the dialog to pick "Desktop" then just press the Save button.
This will save the file to your Windows desktop.
You can of course save the file anywhere you want.
You must have WinZip or a similar program to use the files ending in ".zip".
If you don't already have this, click here
to visit the WinZip web site (this will open in a new browser window). You should download the "free evaluation version" which will do everything you need.
After you have installed WinZip, you can double-click on any file name ending with ".zip"
and it will open in WinZip. You can then press the "Extract" button to extract the files
to wherever you want. If you need assistance, select the "Brief Tutorial" in the WinZip Help menu.
